Packed with superfoody goodness, this Super Healthy Matcha Smoothie Bowl will surely become one of your favourites. This is a great one because, well, why drink a smoothie out of a glass when you can use a bowl.
All ingredients and quantities can be changed to put your own spin on this beautiful looking Matcha smoothie bowl.
- 1 tsp Mista Matcha Cooking Grade Matcha
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
- A few mint leaves
- 1 tsp Vital Greens powder
- 1 or 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup of Coco Quench
- 3/4 cup of coconut water
- A sprinkle of chia seeds
- Combine all ingredients together in a blender. I used my Nutribullet, which did the job well.
- Enjoy with your favourite trail mix sprinkled on top and with some fresh fruit
