- 1 tsp Mista Matcha Everyday Matcha
- 1 ½ cups Filtered Water
- 2 tsp Ginger, sliced
- 1 Lemon
- In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add ginger and simmer for 20 minutes, then strain.
- Spoon matcha into a large mug. Add a little bit of the ginger water and whisk briskly to combine. Add the rest of the ginger water and whisk again.
- (Optional) Add a few squeezes of lemon and/or sweetener for taste.
