Whisk up and zen out with our premium ceremonial grade matcha. We source the finest matcha from the pristine tea fields of the Nishio region, Japan. Only the best leaves are selectively handpicked from the first harvest each year. 

These leaves are then steamed, air-dried, de-stemmed and sorted before being ground into an ultra fine powder called matcha. The result is a beautifully smooth, non-bitter, bright green matcha powder that is rich in umami and has a lingering sweetness.
