How To Make Matcha

Step 1
Matcha preparation - step 1
Place 1/2 teaspoon (1-2 bamboo scoops) of Mista Matcha into your favourite cup. Use the bamboo scoop to break up any clumps.
Step 2

 Add hot water. Avoid using boiling water as this will damage the delicate taste (70 - 75 degrees is ideal).
Step 3
Matcha preparation - step 3
Briskly whisk in an M or W motion to aerate until a creamy froth forms on top. Enjoy!
