Shipping & Returns Policy
We know you can't wait to receive your matcha and we'll do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible. Where possible, orders are processed and distributed within 24 hours of purchase from our warehouse in Sydney. If there is a delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated at every step.

- 3 - 7 business days to arrive
Note: single orders of 50g, 70g and 100g Everyday Matcha will be shipped through regular post, so tracking will not be available.

Returns & Exchanges
We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, and we’ll do everything we can to make you shopping experience with us a good one.
All our products are backed by our 60-day returns policy for money back based on dissatisfaction with the product not change of mind. The product must be at least 95% unused to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are given at our discretion and we have the right to refuse to refund should we suspect any misuse of our 60-day money back policy.
As matcha is food product, we do not reuse the returned product.
